Connie J. Boswell -
"I cannot remember a time in my life that I have not been engaged in art of one form or another. At three years of age, I would use scraps of paper to draw birds and scenes from our southern lowa farm." A graduate of Central Missouri State College (now Central Missouri University) in 1967 (BS Education with a Functional Major - Art) she has been a full time fine art
painter since 1981.
She paints exclusively with a painting knife, using heavy body acrylic paints, to create her photo-quality water, landscape and seascape compositions. Connie presents a written story to the purchaser of each original painting, telling them what appealed to her and inviting them to enter the scene.
Her work is displayed in private and corporate collections internationally.
